Agenda Points

1. Nico: Censorship Circumvention Project

• (V2Ray, Project X/Xray) project to bypass internet censorship.
• Liability questions: ISPs are cautious.

2. Kumi: Services & Infrastructure

• New service migrated from CozyCode to private.coffee: coffeechat.now (Chatwoot).
• Wanderer: flipper will perform an update.
• External backups (encrypted).
• S3 storage should also be encrypted.
• Lemmy: nico will take a look.

3. Developer Infrastructure / “Artifactory”

• Idea: a complete package for developers (static site builder, runner, hosting container images and binaries).
• Many features are already integrated in Forgejo.
• Check what additional components are still needed.

4. “Private.coffee” Webring

• Concept of a webring for “private.coffee” to be explored further.

5. Collaboration Partner Hardware / Hosting

• Dedicated hardware for collaboration partner (approx. €80 per month in Austria).
• Need an offer for hardware and running costs, and a decision on where to host.
• flipper will write up a proposal.

6. Linuxtage Preparation

• Event: upcoming weekend.
• nico will bring two T270 laptops.
• Stickers are available.
• ogalbnafets will bring T‑shirts.
• Booth slogan: “Tritt uns heute bei und nimm eine Tasse mit.”
• “Waescheklammerline” display will be built by nico.
• Ideas: customizing Mannerschnitten / Zotter (branding / giveaways).
